We will rePlayAce your personal data in accordance with our Records Retention Policy. Generally, we will only rePlayAce personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law or we have justifiable reasons for doing so.
You will not be subject to decisions that will have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making, unless we have a lawful basis for doing so and we have notified you.
